Samuel Young
Samuel Young brings an authenticity to his music that is palpable. His storytelling is the type that only comes from the trials of life, and the will power to persevere. Raised on the Red River, Samuel grew up in a household where music was always playing–either from his father’s guitar or the stereo crooning the greats like Haggard, Jones, or Jennings. Those musical influences stayed with Samuel through a full, fast life. Through dealing poker, riding motorcycles, traveling, or growing in the Colorado Rockies, there has been one constant by Samuel’s side–music.
Upon deciding to pursue music full time, Samuel has taken it by storm. Creating a sound that is a little bit swampy twang, rock and roll, and a lot of country. Whether you want to do some boot scootin or hear tales of tough roads and crossroads, Samuel sings to you. His tunes have brought him to stages across Texas and the Southwest such as legendary Luckenbach, TX and The Eagles Nest Art Festival and Germanfest of Muenster, TX.
